a) When you visit our website

When you visit our website, the web servers of the Internet Provider temporarily saves every access in a log file. In the process, the following data is recorded and stored until automatic deletion after 3 days:

When you send us an e-mail, the e-mail servers of our Internet provider temporarily store data in a log file. The following data is recorded and stored until automated deletion after 3 days:

• Sender (metadata)
• Recipients (metadata)
• Date (metadata)
• IP address (metadata)
• Size (metadata)

This data is processed for the purpose of enabling the use of the website (connection establishment), system security, technical administration of the network infrastructure and optimisation of the Internet offering. The IP address is only evaluated in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure or the network infrastructure of our Internet provider.
